The AI Agent generates a quick, human-readable summary of an action, including status, assignee, subtasks, form answers, and key insights. This allows you to understand an action without opening each field manually.
Where to Access
- Action List: Click the AI icon in the Actions column to view the summary.
- Action Details Page: AI icon appears below the top action card. Click to open the summary modal.
If no summary is available, a message will appear:
“AI Summary is not available at the moment, please try again later.”
Summary Features
- Displays action title, status, responsible user
- Shows subtask progress (X of Y completed)
- Includes scores, flags, and form insights
- Highlights next steps or pending items
Interacting with the Summary
- Like / Dislike: Provide feedback on the summary’s helpfulness
- Regenerate: Click to generate an updated summary if needed
- Minimize / Expand: Use the arrow icon to collapse or reopen the summary
All interactions are designed to be intuitive and appear in the brand’s colors.
