The new feature allows you to add specific form answers as new columns.
This eliminates the need to open individual PDFs or manually adjust data in Excel.
First, press the 3 dots on the right side of the screen.
Then click on Manage Columns which will open a popup window.
In the "Manage Columns" popup, click the option called "Add Form Answers" button.
A Manage Columns - Add Form Answers page opens.
This page allows you to choose which form questions will be displayed.
Select a Form Question
Start by entering a name for your new column in the Set Column Name field.
Click the Select Form Question field to open a dropdown list.
This list displays all available forms, organized in a hierarchy:
(Form name > Category > Questions).
Choose a Question to Display
- Click the small arrow next to the relevant form name to expand it.
- Continue expanding inner categories until the list of questions is visible.
- Select the checkbox next to the question you want to display.
Note: You can select only one question per form at a time.
Once selected, the question will appear in the input field above.
Tip: Each question includes a unique ID to help distinguish between similar names.
Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the "Add Form Answers" page.
This will save your selected question and custom column name.
The new column was added to the “In Use” list in the main "Manage Columns" popup.
To confirm and apply this setup — both for the Actions list and future Excel exports — click the "Save Changes" button.
In order to discard changes click "Discard" to exit without saving the new column or click the "X" in the top-right corner of the popup to close the window entirely without saving.
Manage Your Custom Columns
Once you've added custom columns, you can further manage them from the main "Manage Columns" popup. You can change the order in which columns appear in your Actions list.
To reorder: In the "In Use" list, click and drag the columns up or down to arrange them in your preferred order.
To remove a selected form answer, click the X icon next to it.
Displaying Answers in the Actions List
After saving your custom columns, you'll see the selected form answers directly in your Actions list.
