Completing forms on the Vitre Mobile App is quick and easy. Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log In and Access Forms
- Open the Vitre Mobile App and log in with your credentials.
- Navigate to the Report option.
- You will see a list of all available forms ready for you to complete.
Step 2: Example - Hazard Report

Select Hazard Report as an example.

Begin filling out the form by providing responses to each question, such as:
- Location
- Hazard Type
- Other required fields

Note: Fields marked with a red star are mandatory and must be completed before submitting the form.
Step 3: Submit the Form
- Once you have filled in all the required fields, click on the Submit button.
- The form will be sent successfully.
