Background
The system allows transferring the continuation of form completion to another active user within the organization.
Capability Essence
The selected user can edit and complete the form.
The system assigns the selected user as the responsible for the form, while the original user is added as a viewer.
An automatic email notification is sent to the selected user regarding the form they need to complete.
How to Perform During Form Completion
Start filling out the form and answer at least one question (you do not need to complete the entire form).
Click the menu button (three dots) in the top menu and select "Send this form".
A prompt will appear to select one active user in the organization to whom you want to transfer the continuation of the form.
Choose the user and click Send.
A confirmation message will appear, and a task will be created in the agenda for the selected user, who will then be required to complete the form.
