Background:
The system allows sharing user activity in several ways.
Capability Essence:
This feature can be enabled or disabled per form (by default it will be enabled for new forms).
Form results can be shared directly from the app immediately after submitting the form or later on.
The system automatically sends an email to the users with whom the form was shared.
The user will receive an email or a link to the action screen.
At any stage, it is possible to enter the action screen and add or remove viewers.
How to perform during form submission:
Fill out the form completely and click submit.
In the next screen, you can choose to complete and exit the form or share it.
When clicking Share, you will be able to select organization users with whom you want to share the form. You can select more than one, and remove users if selected by mistake.
Finally, click Share and exit the form submission.
How to perform after form submission in the app:
Go to the Agenda screen → My Tasks.
Select the form you want to share.
Click the kebab menu (three dots).
Click the Share button.
Search for and select organization users.
Click Send.
