Available settings:

Question Type – Select from list – here.

Default Value – A value that will automatically appear in the answer field.

Text – The wording of the question as it will appear to the user.

Weight – The question’s impact on scoring in the report.

DataKey – A unique system identifier for the question.

Required – Whether the question must be answered to submit the form.

Visible / Hidden – Defines whether the question is shown or hidden.

Read-Only – Displays the question without allowing edits.

Text Response / Choice Response – Defines the answer type.

With Note / With Notification – Add a note or set a notification to be sent upon answering.

Print Text – Alternate text to appear in printed output instead of the original question wording.

Print? – Whether the question will be included in the printed output.
Steps:

Open an existing form or create a new one.

Select a category → Select or create a question.

Set the desired instructions and restrictions.

Save.
Changes will only apply to new forms filled out from now on.
