Background:
The system allows each user to define a recurring action. The system will automatically generate the action at the predefined intervals, such as daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or any custom interval between 1 to 999, for example, every 3 weeks, 5 months, 7 years, etc.
How to Perform:
Go to the Actions Management screen in the side menu.
In the screen that opens, at the top, click the "Recurring Actions" button.
To define a new recurring action, click "New Recurring Action +".
4. Fill in the following details:
Name: A clear, descriptive name for the check.
Project: If the action belongs to a specific project in the system, select it from the list.
Responsible: Name of the employee or manager responsible for performing the action.
Active: Yes / No – whether the action is active and will continue running in its set recurrence.
Form-based: Yes / No – whether the action is performed by filling out a form in the system.
Task Duration (in hours): Estimated time to complete the task. For example, 1, 2, or 24 hours if it lasts all day.
Subjects:
Location: The physical location where the task will be performed.
Gap Type: Category or type of action (as defined in the system). If it is equipment inspection – choose the relevant type.
Employee: Name of the employee who will perform the task.
Equipment: If the action is related to specific equipment – select it from the list.
Dates:
Start Date: When the recurring action will start for the first time. Also set the exact time.
When clicking Set Recurring, the following window opens:
Recurrence:
Every: Number of days.
End: –
Click Save.
The system will immediately create the next action (task/meeting).
