Read more about Actions (Tasks) - Here
-
Any user in the organization can create actions/tasks – only from the Web interface.
-
System/Form administrators can set up automatic task creation based on form responses.
-
Each action has a single responsible user at any given time, but multiple viewers can be assigned.
-
An action can be closed by filling out a form or with manual approval, and can be one-time or recurring.
-
Actions cannot be deleted, only canceled.
