Opening an Action Depending on a Response

The system allows admins and form managers to define the creation of automatic actions based on predefined question responses.

Preliminary actions:

• The admin is required to create a form
• The admin or the form manager are required to define questions and possible answers
• The admin or the form manager are required to define action rules

How to perform:

1. Under the section “Allowed forms for follow up”, select the option “Defect Questions.”
   

   Check this option to display all categories in the form.

   You can configure the analysis at the level of a single question or an entire category:

   • If a specific question has answers defined as non-compliant, selecting any of them will automatically generate a task.

   • If an entire category is selected, any non-compliant answer within that category will trigger the task creation.

   • When multiple questions or categories are selected, the system will create the task only if all of them contain answers defined as non-compliant.
