Background:
The application and the desktop interface enables the display and management of "Agenda" list.
The screen presents at any given time "what is happening right now", and what I, as a user, should know.
The screen automatically arranges the actions list by expiration date.
The Actions:
The actions are displayed by one of the following business options as assigned by the admin:
- An action is assigned to you by one of the organization's employees and you are responsible for completing it.
- An action has been assigned to you following a response to a form (yours or someone else's), and the task will be opened automatically.
- An appointment has been scheduled for you by one of the employees and you are responsible for completing it. In order to do that, you need to fill out a form.
- You have created a response to an unplanned form, therefore, you are responsible for it (whether it has been completed or not).
- An inspection has been assigned to you by the admin, and you are responsible for its completion, since you are the manager of the relevant location or equipment.
It is possible to search for actions using free text or NFC code.
How to perform:
- When using the application, tap the "Agenda" button at the bottom menu.
- When using the desktop system, tap the side menu for showing or hiding the "Agenda" list.
- The screen will display by default only the open actions (including the late ones), but it's also possible to display only the last actions or all actions.
- The screen will by default display only "My" actions, meaning those that my user has been assigned responsible for. By tapping the people button, a list will display the actions you are a viewer of.
- The screen is divided into 5 sections: All actions expiring today (that should be taken care of first), then all actions expiring this week, month, quarter or year.
- Each tab represents one action (appointment, task or inspection).
- An action can be displayed in one of the following statuses: Waiting for execution (With or without being late), in progress, processing, completed, or expired (and cannot be executed).
- Tap any of the actions:
- When selecting an action waiting for execution- A screen will display the action completion or the form assigned to it.
- When selecting an action in progress- The form that was started but not completed will be displayed.
- You cannot select an action that's being processed- The system is finishing up, and in a few moments will be marked as completed.
- When selecting a completed action- If the action is a form it will be displayed, if the action is an inspection you can choose to respond to it again.
- You cannot select an expired task.
- Actions that can be executed or updated can open up a form as assigned by the admins. Upon completion, the action's status will be marked as completed.
- An expired inspection cannot be updated, but in some cases can be viewed.
- An action with a start date that has not yet arrived will not allow updating until the date's arrival.
