The Data Key is a unique technical identifier for a question in a form.
Defining Data Keys for questions allows admins and technology personnel to perform a technical integration (interface) that can automatically transfer the information to the organization's systems.
Please note! If you are a form manager and you modify a Data Key, you may disrupt the technological integration process. Please consult with the admins before making the change.
How to perform:
- Access the form you want to edit - here
- Select the question or create a new question.
- For each question in the form, a different Data Key can be defined. Enter the technical identifier for the question, which can be a numeric value or letters.
- Click "Save".
Notes:
- You cannot define two questions in the same form with the same Data Key.
- In different forms, different questions can have the same identifier.
- There is no obligation to define a Data Key for every question, but only questions defined with such an identifier will be transferred through the interface with the identifier.
