Types of questions supported by the system forms:
1. Selection

Single Choice (Combo Box / Radio Button / Auto Complete) – Select one value from a predefined list, with search option.

Multiple Choice (Multi Select) – Select multiple values from a predefined list, with search option.

Advanced Choice – Single or multiple selection from a dictionary with sub-values.

Checkbox (Check Box) – Mark an option, e.g., Done/Not Done.
2. Input

Text Only / Multiline Text – Enter free text.

Digits Only – Enter numeric values only (0–9), decimal point allowed.
3. Dates & Times

Date Only – Enter a valid date.

Time Only – Enter a valid time.
4. Files & Images

Image Only – Upload or take a photo; supports annotations (comments, marks, arrows) and multiple images.

File Only – Upload files or media (e.g., PDF, DOC); allowed file types are defined in company settings by the admin.
5. Scanning & Special Input

Barcode scan to text.

Field requiring barcode or NFC scan.

NFC (Near Field Communication).
6. Display Only

Media Content / File Content / Image Content – Not a question, but displays media such as an image, video, or document to the respondent.

Email field for sending a PDF.
7. Other

Signature – On-screen signature pad.
