Admins/ form managers can assign one or more users as form recipients.
This permission allows them to respond to the form.
How perform:
- Click on the "action" module.
- Click on the 3 dots on the top right
- Select Forms Settings/Forms
- Locate the form for which defining recipients is needed.
- Click on the gear icon at the end of the row.
- Click on "User Settings".
- In the left column, select the name/organizational unit, and under the "Type" box, define a "Responder", and then finally, click on "Add".
- Please note: For the assigned user to see the change, they will need to log in to the system again.
