Each user can view actions in accordance with their permissions.
Authorizations:
- Admins - can view all of the organization's actions.
- Each user can view the actions he opened.
- Each user can view the actions he is responsible for.
- Managers can view all actions opened by their employees or assigned to them.
- Location (Site) and Equipment managers can view all actions opened by any employee, that are associated with the location/equipment they manage.
How to perform:
- Click on the "Actions" module in the side menu.
- The Actions screen will display a filtered table of actions that are assigned to the logged in system user, combined with open actions only.
- To view details of a specific action, select the row of the action you wish to view. The Action screen will display additional information about the selected action.
- The screen displays the information columns of actions. Additional columns can be shown or hidden as needed using the three-dot menu at the top.
- Some column values are clickable in order to navigate to the linked entity.
Column arrangement:
- Click on the "Actions Results" screen in the side menu to display a list of all actions in the system.
- Column arrangement- In order to add/remove/rearrange the displayed columns, click on the three-dot button at the top right corner, and select "Manage Columns":
- The screen will show two lists - the existing attributes and the available attributes to add.
- To add - select the attribute from the available list and click the green plus button.
- To remove - select the attribute from the existing list and click the red cross button.
- To rearrange - drag the attribute up/down in the existing list.
- Sorting by columns - in order to sort the table by a specific column, click on the column name, and that will organize the items from small to large values. An additional click will sort from large to small values, and a third click will cancel the sorting by that column.
Filtering the Actions Screen:
- Click on the "Actions" module in the side menu.
- Each column title has a "funnel" icon right next to it.
- Clicking on it will open a list of possible values for that column.
- You can click and filter one or more values.
- You can search for a value from the opened list by typing the value.
Cancelling an Action:
An action cannot be deleted after being saved. You can mark an action as cancelled to indicate that it is not necessary to execute it.
An action can be cancelled only if it hasn't been completed. If you need to cancel a completed action, you need to reopen it first.
- Mark the action you wish to cancel.
- Click on the "More Actions" button (three dots at the upper part of the list).
- Choose the "Cancel Action" option.
- The status of the action will change to "Cancelled."
- You can select a "Cancelled" action and reactivate it.
