The system and the application allow locating an action by its name or by the name of an equipment, location, or the employee assigned to it.
How to perform:
- When using the application, tap the "Agenda" button in the bottom menu.
- When using the desktop system, click on the arrow on the side of the screen to display and hide the list.
- At the top of the "Agenda" screen, you can search for an action by:
- The exact name of the action in free-text.
- The exact name of the appointment in free-text.
- The exact name of the inspection in free-text.
- The name or unique identifier of the equipment associated with the action (e.g., "Electrical Cabinet" or its serial number "2342").
- The name or unique identifier of the location or site associated with the action (e.g., "Classroom 3," "Carpet Factory," New York).
- The name or unique identifier of the employee assigned with the action (e.g., "John" or the employee's identification number or ID number).
- The system may return multiple results for the same search.
- Some of the displayed results might not be possible to update, since they have not been processed yet.
- You can also filter actions based on status or by My Actions, in addition to searching by name.
