Completing a Response to a Form and Creating an Additional Response for the Same Form

The application features an option to initiate an additional response for a specific form once completing and sending the previous form.

How to perform:

1. Fill out a form- here.
2. When you are done responding, instead of clicking "Finish and Submit", click on the menu button (three dots) in the top menu.
3. Click the option to submit and create an additional response.
4. The system will send the current form.
5. An additional response of the same form will be displayed and allow the input of a new response.
