Overview
You can now filter the Trainings table by employee name — whether they were listed as a Trainee or as an Attendee.
These new filters help you quickly locate all trainings where a certain employee was invited, participated, or completed a training.
Where to Find It
Go to the Trainings module.
Click on 3 dots tab-> manage columns and add Attendees and Trainee
Click on the Filter icon at the top right of the Trainings table.
Under the filter list, select one of the following:
Trainee – Display Name
Attendee – Display Name
How to Use the Filters
Click the Trainee – Display Name filter.
Start typing an employee’s name.
Select the correct name from the autocomplete list.
The table will update to show only trainings where this employee appears as a Trainee (invited).
Click the Attendee – Display Name filter.
Start typing an employee’s name.
Select the correct name from the autocomplete list.
The table will update to show only trainings where this employee participated or attended.
You can use these filters individually or combine them with other filters such as Date, Training Type, or Status.
Results Display
Once the filter is applied:
The Trainings table will show only the relevant records.
Clicking on a specific training opens the full training details, including:
Trainees list
Attendees list
Date, Type, and other metadata
Consistency Across the Platform
The new filters are available in:
Trainings list page
Saved views
Shared views
Any saved or shared view that includes these filters will retain them for consistent use across teams.
