Admins are authorized to manage all training.
Certification managers can manage all training within the certification they manage.
Training event managers can only manage the trainings they manage.
Preconditions:
Certifications Display on the Main Screen:
List View
Displays the employees who have registered for a certification in a structured table.
Each row represents one employee.
Columns can be sorted by clicking on the column header.
Card View
- Displays the certifications in visual cards.
- The top row shows the number of employees holding an active certification.
- The following rows display a breakdown by status: Planned, About to Expire, and Expired.
- Clicking on any row opens a list of employees relevant to the selected status.
- Clicking on the card itself opens the certification details and all related information.
