Admins are authorized to manage all training events.
Training managers can manage all training events within the certification they manage.
Training managers can only manage the trainings they manage.
Preconditions:
Marking an employee as present at the certification event:
After the training has taken place, you can update the participation status for each employee.
"Attended" status means the employee attended / participated in the training.
- Click on the "Trainings" module in the side menu.
- Select the relevant certification using the search bar or by filtering one of the columns on the display screen and clicking on it.
- In the tab, will be displayed all the participants (employees who were invited to the training).
- Under the "Status" column, click on "Attended" for each employee that attended the certification.
- To save the changes and update the employee's certification status, you need to modify the training status.
After changing the status to pass you can no longer edit the training of the attendees.
You can also mark many employees at once:

"Missing" status means the employee did not attend / participate in the training.
- Click on the "Trainings" module in the side menu.
- Select the relevant certification using the search bar or by filtering one of the columns on the display screen and clicking on it.
- In the tab at bottom part of the screen, will be displayed all the participants (employees who were invited to the training).
- Under the "Status" column, click on "Active" and choose the "Missing" status for each employee that did not attend the training.
- To save the changes and update the employee's certification status, you need to modify the training status.
