Please note: In order to create a new training event, you must define a certification first.
Preconditions:
How to Perform:
- Click on the "Certification and Training Management" module.
- Navigate to the training tab or select the relevant certification for which you want to schedule an event for.
Press "Add training" - Fill in the following :
Fill the following fields:
Certificate - Choose from a dropdown list that displays all available certifications in the system.
Supplier - optional
External ID - You can define a unique identifier for the training(optional).
Training date - select a start date.
Location - Specify the event location - optional.
Press "save".
- In order to define an event manager, assign employee at the accountable tab of training info
optional (an employee assigned as the training manager will be able to manage the training's participants).
In order to add employees to a training, press on Trainees tab --> Add People
- You can add employees who are required to complete the certification, in this case, the certification status for these employees will be "Pending" -> waiting for certification completion.
- At the bottom of the screen, under the "Participants" tab, add an employee to the certification by clicking "Add Employee."
- Search by name or unique identifier, then click "ADD" when done.
A way to add multiple employees to a training:
click on people module mark all the employees for the training and than click on the 3 dots on the right side of the screen
