You can filter the list of inspections by Equipment Status to display only the equipment relevant for review.
How to use the filter
Go to the Inspections module
Click Add Filter on the right side of the screen
Add the new filter Equipment Status
Select the desired value from the list
Available options:
Active – Active equipment (default)
Inactive – Inactive equipment
Broken – Broken equipment
💡 The list will update automatically according to your selection.
Save the filter as a custom view
You can save the filter for future use:
Set your desired filters
Click Save as New View
Give the view a name (for example, “Inspections for Active Equipment Only”)
When opening the saved view, the filter will automatically reload
