The Vitre system allows modifying or defining the outcome of the inspection that was executed or needs to be done. There are 3 types of outcomes for each inspection:
PASSED - Inspection that passed successfully without gaps/ NCRs.
FAILED - Inspection that failed due to gaps/ NCRs.
PASS WITH CONDITIONS - Inspection that passed, but was discovered to have gaps/ NCRs.
How to proceed:
- Click on the "Assets" module in the side menu.
- At the top of the screen, click on the "Inspections" tab.
- Select the relevant inspection, in the upper part of the screen under the "Checkpoints" tab, locate the inspection point; under the status box change the inspection's status: Passed, Failed and Passed with Conditions
- Upon completion, click "SAVE".
Please note - if the inspection is associated with a form, by clicking SAVE you will be required to fill out the form. The status change will only occur after filling out the required form, after which the system will determine the inspection status by the admin settings.
