Each user according to their permissions, can view the certifications and trainings of the employees in the system in two different screens:
Viewing the list of certification types (tab view):
- Click on the "Certifications" tab under the "Training" Module icon.
- This view will display certifications filtered by type.
- Each tab represents a single certification.
- Within the tab, you can find 4 statuses:
- Active - The number of employees with valid certifications.
- Planned - The number of employees planned to go through a certification.
- Expiring Soon - The number of employees with approaching certification expiration dates.
- Expired - The number of employees whose certification has expired.
- Please note! Clicking on one of the statuses will display the relevant value list according to the selected filter.
Certification Screen (list view):
- On the top left side of the screen, click on the list view icon.
Here, you can find a list of all existing certifications in the system for each employee. - For each certification, the details will be displayed according to the columns in the table.
Column arrangement - to add/remove/rearrange the displayed columns
- Click on the three dots button on the upper right side and choose "Column Management"
- The screen will show two lists - the list of existing attributes and the list of available attributes to add.
- To add - select the attribute from the available list and click the green plus button.
- To remove - select the attribute from the existing list and click the red cross button.
- To rearrange - drag the attribute up/down in the existing list.
Sorting by columns
- Click on the column name
- One click will organize the items from small to large values.
- An additional click will sort from large to small values.
