Change the Asset Status

According to user permissions, you can define whether the asset is "Active", "Inactive" or "Broken".

How to perform:

1. Click on the Assets module in the side menu.
2. Locate the asset item you want to change the status for, and click on it.
3. Click on the word "Active", and immediately another option will appear, asking you to choose between "Inactive" or "Broken".
4. To save the status change, click on "Save Changes".
5. The change history will be saved under the History tab, where you can see user details and the time when the changes were made.

Please note, at any stage, you can revert any asset item or site back to being active.

Please note, when changing the status of the equipment item to inactive, all automatic inspections will be stopped.
