Equipment is any item or component that the organization wants to manage. It can be a fire extinguisher, an electrical cabinet, a machine, a refrigerator, a door, or a light fixture. The system allows loading an unlimited amount of equipment items and manage the properties of each one of them.
Each equipment item is linked to a single equipment type, so that all 100 fire extinguishers in an organization, for example, will be defined as "fire extinguisher" equipment type.
It is possible to define all vehicles in an organization as "vehicles" equipment type or to divide them into equipment subtypes such as "trucks", "off-road vehicles", "red vehicles", or "management vehicles".
Each equipment item must be associated with a specific location, so we could always know that fire extinguisher number 7 is located in the conference room, and the refrigerator is in the kitchen on the 7th floor.
For each equipment type, multiple automatic inspections can be linked, so that every time an equipment item of the same type is created, the inspections will be automatically generated for it.
