The system allows every Web user to define sending reports automatically via email.
Please note - for each report, there can be only one sending mechanism at a time, with a single group of users and periodicity of sending to all recipients.
Preconditions:
- Open the Reports screen according to permissions.
How to Perform:
- Enter the Reports screen.
- Select the relevant report in the reports selection screen (if more than one is assigned to you).
- Click on the three-dot button on the right side.
- Choose the "Set Schedule Email" option.
- In the opened screen, select the organization's employees you want the report to be sent to.
- By default, the email's subject will be the report's name, you can change it to any other name.
- Define the start date of sending.
- Set the recurring sending time, e.g. 9 AM.
- Choose the sending frequency: daily, weekly, monthly.
- Specify the sending periodicity, e.g. every 2 days, 5 weeks, or 1 month.
- Indicate when the sending will end: never, after a number of X deliveries, or until a specific date.
- Click on saving the automatic sending.
At any point, you can return to edit the sending frequency:
1. Select the report.
2. Click on the three-dot button on the right side.
3. Choose the 'Set Schedule Email' option.
4. Make the desired changes.
5. Save.
At any point, you can return and stop the sending frequency:
1. Select the report.
2. Click on the three-dot button on the right side.
3. Choose the 'Set Schedule Email' option.
4. Select 'Delete.'
5. Save."
