Every user according to their permissions can view the list of employees and users in the system, as well as their details.
How to proceed:
- Upon clicking the "Employees" module icon, you will be presented with the list of employees in the system.
- Locate the employee you wish to view and click on them.
- In the opened window, all employee details will be displayed in two sections:
- At the top part of the screen - the employee tab - all of the employee's attributes will appear, such as external ID, email address, team etc.
- The bottom part of the screen is divided into 4 tabs:
- Certifications and Trainings- a list of all certifications and trainings the employee holds, along with the details of each certification/training.
- Responsible users - a list of responsible parties/viewers for the employee's tab.
- Files - a list of files linked to the employee's tab.
- Actions Log - the history of actions and system changes performed on this employee's tab - for example, adding a file, removing a responsible user, etc.
Note! A user who is not an admin can view employee data and add responsible users/viewers, but they will not be able to modify employee details.
