The admin can add an unlimited number of organizational units and employees.
A user with an "owner" accountability of an organizational unit, can create users under the organizational unit that he owns.
Please note:
The system allows three ways of logging in: using a username and password, using a phone and a one-time password sent via SMS, or using an organizational SSO.
Depending on the chosen organizational login method, will be determined the mandatory fields for creating the employee.

How to perform:
- Click on the "People" module in the side menu.
- At the top right of the page, click on the "Add People" button.
- On the displayed screen, define the relevant fields for the organizational unit:
- "Name" - Enter the employee's name - mandatory field.
- "Email" - mandatory field.
- "Phone" - an optional field if the login method is username and password but a mandatory field if the login method is OTP. In this case, the field must also contain a unique phone number for each employee.
- "External ID" - a unique number for the organizational unit as defined in the organization's systems - optional field.
- "Team" - the name of the organizational unit - mandatory. (If not selected, the employee will be placed under the organization)

- If you want the employee to be defined as a user as well, you must also enter the username - a mandatory and unique field.
- Finally, click on "Save Changes."
