Editing an Organizational Unit is only permitted for System Administrators (users with ADMIN permissions).
Other users can view organizational units and their details based on their access permissions.
A user with Manager permissions for a specific Organizational Unit can edit sub-units that are hierarchically beneath the unit they manage.
🛠️ How to Edit an Organizational Unit:
- Go to the People module from the side menu.
- At the top of the screen, click on the Organizational Units tab.
- Locate the unit you wish to edit and click on it.
- Click on the field you want to update or add information to.
- After making your changes, click Save Changes.
⚠️ Please Note:
- Only System Administrators can edit the details of an Organizational Unit.
- Users who are not system administrators can:
- View unit details according to their permissions.
- Manage files, assign responsible users, and configure viewers.
