Whenever you need assistance from the Vitre Support team, you can open a support ticket using one of the following methods:
Method 1: Send an Email
You can open a support request simply by sending an email to:

Once your email is received, a ticket will be automatically created in the system, and our team will contact you as soon as possible.
Method 2: Submit a Request from the Support Center
You can also open a ticket directly through the Vitre Support Knowledge Center.
- Go to the Support Center:
https://support.vitre.io/hc/en-us - Click "Submit a request" at the top of the page.
- Choose one of the available options:
- New support request by end users – for general users
- New request by system administrators – for admins who need technical or system-level assistance
- Fill out the form with the required details and submit it.
Once your email is received, a ticket will be automatically created in the system, and our team will contact you as soon as possible — within 48 hours.
