You can now personalize your Language and Region settings in Vitre to match your local time, date format, and language — no matter where your company is based.
This feature ensures that all timestamps, dates, and interface text are displayed according to your preferences.
Where to Find It
Click your profile icon (top-right corner of the screen).
Select Language & Region from the dropdown menu.
Setting Your Preferences
In the Language & Region window, you can customize your personal display options:
Available Options
| Setting | Description |

| Language | Choose your preferred interface language from the dropdown list. |
| Timezone | Select your timezone (auto-detected by browser). All timestamps will be shown accordingly. |
| Date Format | Choose how dates appear across the system: • DD/MM/YYYY (e.g. 31/12/2025) – Most countries • MM/DD/YYYY (e.g. 12/31/2025) – US format • YYYY-MM-DD (e.g. 2025-12-31) – ISO standard |
| Time Format | Choose your preferred time display: • 1:05 PM (12-hour format) • 13:05 (24-hour format) |
| First Day of Week | Select which day appears first in calendars – Sunday or Monday. |
After making your selections, click Save to apply the changes.
Click Cancel to close the window without saving.
How It Works
Once you save your preferences:
All dates and times across the system will adjust to your timezone and format.
The language of UI elements, month names, and day labels will update instantly.
Your settings will be automatically used for all modules, including:
Action pages (Created, Closed, Due dates)
History Log
Forms and calendar pickers
Agenda and Trainings
Expiration dates
Dashboards and Reports
Live & Static PDFs
