The application allows initiating a response to an unplanned form in two ways:
- Responding to the form without pre-selecting an entity (employee, location, site or equipment).
- Responding to the form based on a selected employee, location, site or equipment.
Preconditions:
- The admin should assign equipment, sites and \ or employees.
- The admin can set up additional identifiers for equipment, sites or employees.
How to fill out an unplanned form based on a selected employee, site or equipment:
- Tap the Report button at the bottom of the screen.
- The screen that opens will display the list of available forms for response.
- At the top of the screen, you can search for a form by its name or entity details:
- Employee name or identification number.
- Equipment name or serial number.
- Location name or identification number.
- Enter the name of the entity (location/ equipment/ employee) in the search box. The name of the entity and the linked forms will be displayed.
- Select the name of the desired form and it will open for you to respond to.
