Please note that in order to sign in to the application you need to download it beforehand.
Preconditions:
- The admin should enable the ability to authenticate via an SSO (Single sign-on).
- The employee must be set up with a with a username or organization email username.
How to perform:
- Launch the application on your mobile device.
- In the login screen will be displayed the option to sign in using a One-Time Password (OTP), choose the option to log in using an SSO at the bottom.
- For your next login, the Vitre application will remember the selected method, for future use.
- The system will display a screen asking you to enter your SSO account details.
- Tap Login.
- The application will display the organization's login screen, where you will be asked to enter your username and password in the organization.
- Tap Finish.
- When the details are entered correctly the application's home screen will be displayed.
- If the details are entered incorrectly, an error message will be displayed- to recover your password please contact your organization's admin (and not the Vitre company).
Please note:
- To protect your organization's information, the system performs an automatic disconnect after a few hours\ days since the moment of login, according to the admin's settings.
- If the organization requires using this authentication method, you should use it in every log in. Log in using a username and password or OTP will not be allowed.
