Please note that in order to sign in to the application you need to download it beforehand.
Preconditions:
- The admin should enable the ability to authenticate via an OTP (One-Time Password).
- The employee must be set up with a valid and unique phone number in the employee card (by the admin).
How to proceed:
- Launch the application on your mobile device.
- The option to sign in using a One-Time Password (OTP) will be displayed in the log in screen.
(If you prefer to sign in using a username and password click here). - For your next login, the Vitre application will remember the selected method, for future use.
- Enter your phone number as set in the system by your admin.
In case there isn't one, you will not be able to authenticate in this way, you should log in using a username and password. - Press Login.
- A temporary password will be sent to your device via SMS.
- Enter the temporary code.
- Press Submit.
- In case the code has expired or was entered incorrectly, an error message will be displayed.
- Upon successful entry of the temporary code, the application's home screen will open.
Please note
- To protect your organization's information, the system performs an automatic disconnect after a few hours\ days since the moment of login, according to the admin's settings.
- Each time you log in using this method, a different temporary code will be generated.
