Please note that in order to sign in to the application you need to download it beforehand.
Please note that resetting and recovering a password is only possible if the organization allows authenticating via username and password.
In case the login was done using a One-Time Password (OTP), it is not possible and there is no need to reset your password.
In case the login was done using an SSO, you should contact your organization's admin (Not the Vitre company).
How to reset your password
- Launch the application or the web version
- The option to sign in using a One-Time Password (OTP) will be displayed in the log in screen.
Explanation here (if set up by the admin). - Tap "Sign-in with Username & Password".
- Tap on "Forgot password?"
- Enter your username- In case you forgot your username please contact your admin.
- Click Finish.
- A link will be sent to your emails for further instructions (If you haven't received the email, please contact your admin).
- Open the link provided in the email.
- In the new screen, enter your new password.
- Re-enter your new password.
- You may now enter using your new password.
