Performing the Action in the System:

Click the Locations module in the side menu.

In the top left, click "Add Location".
In the screen that opens, define the relevant fields for the location:

Name: The name of the location in the system.

Status: Indicates whether the location is active or inactive.

Type: The type or category of the location. To manage location types, click here.

Site: Defines whether the location is a main site or not.

External ID: A unique code or number for identifying the location.

Parent: The location above it in the organizational hierarchy – if no parent location is selected, the location will automatically be assigned to the highest level (ROOT).

Additional Properties: If additional properties have been defined in the location record, you can enter their details here. To manage properties, click here.
After entering the data for the locations, click "Save Changes".

Note! Only after constructing a location in the system, is it possible to add managers and viewers to the location.
